Nervous energy is good for something. While fretting about the likelihood of the bank getting the appraisal back by today's closing date, I finished (most of) my new template. I may not have a house, but I have a header! Still a bit to do, but the dust is settling from the renovations.
Just in time, too. Hopefully the appraisal will come in just in time because my husband took the day off. That and I really really REALLY want to show you the inside of our new house this weekend.
